Phaedra den Hertog, Chief Experience Officer at Awery Aviation Software , has won the IT category at the Women in Air Cargo Awards, presented during Aviation Connect in Athens, Greece.
The awards recognise women demonstrating leadership across the air cargo sector, with nominees judged on their contribution to efficiency, innovation, sustainability, and support for young professionals.

den Hertog joined the air cargo industry over 30 years ago, and currently leads Awery’s Customer Experience team, working with airlines, General Sales and Service Agents (GSSAs), charter brokers, On-board Couriers (OBCs), forwarders, and logistics providers to implement and optimise digital solutions.
She is also responsible for providing customer insight to inform the continued development of Awery’s ERP and CargoBooking platforms.
