American Airlines Cargo deploys Rotate Sales Cockpit and Steering

American Airlines Cargo has selected Rotate to implement its Sales Cockpit and Sales Steering solutions. The deployment will equip American’s Cargo commercial organization with intelligent, data-driven tools designed to elevate customer engagement and drive more informed, proactive decision-making.

Sales Cockpit continuously evaluates market conditions to identify high value opportunities for the sales organization, ensuring teams are always equipped with relevant insights to better serve their clients. The platform also provides for seamless integration into the airline’s CRM, enabling the sales organization to work more efficiently and stay ahead of customer needs.

Sales Steering strengthens this effort by enhancing American’s commercial team’s efforts to shape an optimized network strategy, one that helps American Airlines customers fully leverage the world’s largest passenger carrier network, with more than 7,000 daily departures across the globe this summer. The platform delivers dynamic network optimization insights to American’s Cargo commercial team, ensuring that capacity is aligned with demand and available where customers need it most.
