MASkargo Signs DHL as Door-to-Door Delivery Partner

MAB KARGO SDN. BHD. (MASkargo) has signed a Partnership of Excellence with DHL Express (M) Sdn. Bhd. (DHL) to launch a new service - MH Door-to-Door (MHD2D).

MHD2D is a door-to-door delivery service which utilizes a web portal to allow customers to get quotation, book for delivery, pay online, print consignment note and track the shipment. With this collaboration, DHL will provide the back-end services of picking up and delivery of goods to recipients.

The service will be available to the public on www.mhd2d.com from 24 April 2021 onwards.

However, the evolution of customers’ purchasing style and expectations in the delivery of goods purchased today has highlighted the need for us to be closer to our customers. After many discussions related to the technical details of this new service, we are pleased to have found a reliable partner in DHL. With the objective of making this service a comprehensive end-to-end solution for the public, we hope to leverage on each other’s expertise and network in giving the best delivery service to our customers”, said Ibrahim Mohamed Salleh, MASkargo’s Chief Executive Officer.

Ibrahim represented MASkargo at the signing ceremony while Julian Neo Poh Choon, Managing Director signed for DHL. Also present to witness the ceremony was Ahmad Luqman Mohd Azmi, MAB Group Chief Operating Officer.
