ACL Airshop has signed a long-term ULD Management Agreement (Agreement) with Atlas Air, Inc., a subsidiary of Atlas Air Worldwide. Building on decades of collaboration, the partnership focuses on efficiency, digital innovation, and service excellence in worldwide ULD operations.

Through the Agreement, ACL Airshop will provide integrated ULD management services—including fleet management, MRO, digital tracking, and global logistics support—to help ensure Atlas Air’s ULD assets are available where and when they are needed across its worldwide network.
Atlas Air will benefit from ACL Airshop’s IoT-based tracking technology and proprietary ULD management software, offering real-time visibility, utilization insights, and analytics to optimize fleet performance. Continuous monitoring and proactive interventions will minimize disruptions, reduce costs, and maximize availability. The partnership also highlights ACL Airshop’s strength in charter ULD logistics, combining its global footprint with rapid-response capabilities to manage both routine and extraordinary demands. Together, the two companies aim to set a new standard for efficiency, customer focus, and simplifying ULD business in the global air cargo industry.

Bobby Wood, Vice President, Ground Operations, Atlas Air: "Operational excellence depends on having the right resources in the right place at the right time." This agreement strengthens our global ULD capabilities through greater visibility, improved fleet management and a trusted partner that understands the complexity of our worldwide operation. Together, these enhancements will help us deliver even greater reliability and service for our customers."

James W. Harris, CEO of ACL Airshop: "Atlas Air is one of the world's largest and leading cargo airlines, and we're proud to continue building a long-standing partnership founded on trust, innovation, and shared success. By combining our global infrastructure, digital capabilities, and deep operational expertise, we're helping create a more connected, efficient, and resilient ULD management operation for the future."
